Welcome to Hason Studio. By booking our services or contacting us through any channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Use of Website & Communication
You agree to use our website and communication channels for lawful purposes only. You may not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including photographs, films, visuals, text, and branding - is the property of Hason Studio, unless stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce, edit, or distribute any content without our written consent.
3. Booking & Services
All wedding bookings are confirmed through a written agreement outlining scope, coverage, deliverables, and timeline.
• A booking is secured only after signing the agreement and paying a deposit
• We reserve the right to decline any request based on availability or scope
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are defined in the individual agreement. Unless stated otherwise:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
• The remaining balance is due before or on the wedding day
• Completed work is non-refundable
Late payments may result in delays in delivery.
5. Travel & Destination Weddings
Weddings located more than 100 km from Bratislava are considered destination weddings.
Additional costs may include:
• Travel (fuel or transport)
• Accommodation
• Flights (if required)
All travel-related costs are agreed upon in advance.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate event details and timeline
• Ensuring access to locations and necessary permissions
• Informing us about any important moments, traditions, or restrictions
We are not responsible for missed moments due to lack of communication or restrictions beyond our control.
7. Image & Film Delivery
Final edited photos and films will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the agreement.
• Raw (unedited) files are not delivered
• Editing style is consistent with our portfolio and artistic vision
8. Usage & Privacy
Clients receive personal usage rights for all delivered content.
Hason Studio retains the right to use selected materials for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
If you prefer full privacy, this must be agreed upon in advance.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all personal information and wedding details with care and discretion.
Clients are expected to respect our creative process and not share proprietary materials (such as unfinalized edits).
10. Limitation of Liability
While we aim for the highest quality, we are not liable for:
• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue restrictions, delays)
• Technical failures beyond reasonable control
• Loss caused by third-party vendors
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
11. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or work alongside third-party vendors (planners, venues, etc.).
We are not responsible for their performance or services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.
